The Fairways at StoneBridge Condominium Owners Association is located within the gated community of StoneBridge Village, located on Highway 76 West, Branson West, Missouri. The village is near Silver Dollar City, the well-known attraction that tourist love to visit and; we are only minutes away from shows and attractions in Branson.
If you are looking for breathtaking scenery, StoneBridge Village is the place to visit and live. It is home to the 18 hole LedgeStone Championship Golf Course and is open to the public. It is a mountain course and one that you will enjoy playing again and again. When you visit LedgeStone Country Club have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the LedgeStone Grille. The building of the Fairways condos, villas and patio homes began in 2002 by the Developer. The Fairways at StoneBridge Condominium Owners Association was taken over by the Owners from the Developer in 2008. The common areas and pool are maintained by the association. Owners and guests enjoy the Fairways pool, picnic areas and outdoor grills for summertime get-togethers.
The Fairways at StoneBridge COA Board is made up of seven Owners who live or own property in the Fairways. By having Fairways Owners on the Board, each one has a vested interest making sure the decisions they make are in the best interest of all Owners.
