Gutters and Downspouts Update
Posted on Jun 27th, 2017
Many downspout extensions have been put in place with PVC pipes and run to the street.  The pipes will either be covered up where applicable, others will be painted brown to blend with the rest of the environment.  Many of the downspout extensions were crushed by being stepped on which keeps the water from flowing.
Gutter Replacement Project
Posted on Jun 25th, 2017
Large gutters are being installed on villas to help from water overflowing the gutters. The old gutters were too small and the gutters angled back to the buildings causing water issues.  The new gutters are being angled away from the building.  The downspout run offs are being replaced with PVC pipes to get the water away from the buildings.  Trenches are being dug to the street to run the PVC pipe for water to flow to the street from downspouts.  The bid was $9,000 to install gutters on condos and villas and $5,000 for the runoff to the street.  The Board appreciates your patience while this project ongoing.

Notice Regarding Cats and Stray Animals
Posted on Jun 8th, 2017
The COA requires that no stray animals including cats be fed.
Stray cats, also known as feral cats, live in the wild or on the streets having no owner.  A lot of animal lovers feed stray cats; however, this may present a few risks that you need to be aware of.  Stray cats may transmit rabies to people through saliva and biting.  Stray cats are more exposed to several viruses, bacteria and diseases as they encounter more cats that carry infections than a pet.  Intestinal parasites can be transmitted to humans as well.  Do not feed stray animals.  We appreciate your cooperation.
