Here is some important information to help you have a great experience as an owner at the Fairways. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the COA office at 417-338-0808 or email us at  thefairwayscoa@gmail.com

 

To get started, please print and complete the contact form with the best phone numbers and email addresses to reach you, along with your preferred mode of contact. If you have a property manager or nightly rental company, please include their direct contact information as well. You can email the completed contact form to  thefairwayscoa@gmail.com or mail it to P.O. Box 2150, Branson West, MO 65737. 

 

For your COA dues payment, you can either send a check or complete the ACH form to set up automatic withdrawal. Monthly dues are due on the 1st of each month, and a late fee of $25.00 will be applied if payment is not received by the 15th.

 

To request a work order, please go to the "Owner" tab and find "Work Orders," then fill out the request form. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please email thefairwayscoa@gmail.com or call 417-338-0808.
