Assessment Dues
  • Are fees incurred if my check is late for my monthly COA dues?
    Commencing March, 2009 a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your account if your check is received after the 15th of each month.  To keep from incurring an assessment late fee, be sure to mail your check in enough time to reach the COA office before the 15th of each month.
  • What day of the month will my credit card be charged for my monthly COA dues?
    Your credit card will be charged on the 1st business day of each month.

COA and POA
  • What is the difference between the COA and POA?
    (COA) means Condominium Owners Association.  All owners of a Studio, Suite, Condo, Villa, or Patio Home in the Fairways, pay monthly COA dues to the Fairways at StoneBridge COA, in addition to POA dues.  The COA dues pay for building insurance, exterior maintenance of the buildings, trash removal, landscaping, mowing, roofs, siding and gutters.   For additional information on what monthly dues cover, click on the link, About Us.
     
    (POA) means Property Owners Association. All owners in StoneBridge Village pay POA monthly dues to StoneBridge Village POA. For more information, click on links, then click the link to StoneBridge Village POA.
     
     
  • Where is the Fairways at StoneBridge COA office located?
     
    The office is located at  54 Notch Shopping Center Lane, Branson West, MO  65737
     
    Leaving StoneBridge Village west gate, turn left onto Hwy 76, Go past the gas station and immediately past Notch Inn, take the first right. (Notch Shopping Center Lane)  make an immediate right and go past Carol Jones Realty building.  The COA office is in the building next to Carol Jones Realty.
     
    Coming from Branson, stay on 76 West past Silver Dollar City. Before you get to Notch Inn, you will see a shopping center.  Turn left on Notch Shopping Center Lane and make an immediate right.  Go past Carol Jones Realty building.  The COA office is in the building next to Carol Jones Realty.

Maintenance
  • Who do I contact regarding a maintenance issue?
    Call the Fairways COA office 417 338 0808.  The COA administrator will prepare a work order. Please remember, COA maintenance is on the outside of the buildings.  Inside the building is the responsibility of the owner.
    In an emergency relating to maintenance, call John Wiskirchen at 417 332 7857. 
     
    In the event of a fire, vandalism, accident, disturbance, etc. call 911.
