- John Wiskirchen, President/General Manager
John Wiskirchen and his wife Debra moved to StoneBridge Village six years ago from Wyoming. John earned a degree in Business Administration, served four years in the United States Air Force and spent 30 years in telecommunications management with Sprint. Debra spent 10 years in telecommunications and currently a Manager at Branson Tourism Center and also, Fairways COA Administrator. John and Debra spear headed the takeover of the Fairways COA where they reside in a Patio Home. John manages the daily operations of the COA.
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a degree in Business.
Dennis has been in management of a Hardware business for 10 years and 31 years
as an Account Manager in the Electrical Industry. Memberships include the Electrical Representatives Organization and the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois. Dennis
and Susan reside in St. Louis.
- Jim Krause, Treasurer/Secretary
Jim is from the Chicago area and his wife Karen will be residing full-time in beautiful Stonebridge at the end of May, 2009. Jim attended DePaul University and majored in Accounting and Finance and has twenty years experience in the corporate world with industry, service and government serving in the capacity as Treasurer and Controller, VP of Finance and Cash Manager. Currently, Jim is Financial Manager and President of Krause and Associates, Ltd. for the past twenty years offering full-service accounting, advisory and tax services to small businesses and individuals. He is also owner and property manager of six residential rental properties in Chicago for the past five years. Just recently, Jim assumed the service position of Regional Director for the Kids In Need non-profit organization for the Branson-area and will be organizing plans this summer to serve the needs of children. In his spare time, Jim enjoys golf and looks forward to be a proactive member of the COA Board for the best interests of the owners.
Mike and Judy McGaugh reside in the St. Louis area but spend time all four seasons of the year in their Fairways condominium. Mike earned undergraduate degrees in Biology and Business Administration and a graduate degree in Systems Management. He served 20 years in the Army as a pilot, specializing in aviation research and development and material acquisition and then 19 years in McDonnell Douglas and Boeing as an executive project manager of a profit and loss business center supporting customers learning to fly and maintain attack helicopters. Mike and Judy enjoy outdoor activities of golf and tennis.
- Richard Perkins, Director
Richard (Dick) and LeaAnn Perkins have been owners at the Fairways going on five years. During 2007, they sold the assets of two successful specialty contracting companies that they owned and operated for over thirty years in Kansas City, MO. Since that time, they work full time golfing and fishing.
